＜価格改定のお知らせ＞

いつもご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、当店のぬいぐるみ商品の価格を改定させていただくこととなりました。原材料の価格上昇や製作時間の増加が主な理由でございます。

お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしまして、誠に申し訳ございません。何卒ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

これからも変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。

＜発送について＞
・1点1点 手作業で梱包しているため、入金確認から商品発送まで、2〜3 日ほどお時間をいただいております。
・週末にご注文いただいた際は週明けに発送いたします。ご了承くださいませ。

＜くまについて＞
・すべて手作りのため、個体差があります。市販のぬいぐるみほどの強度はないため、強い力を加えたり、引っ張ったりしないようお願いいたします。

＜お手入れについて＞
・洗濯機に入れてしまうとくまによっては毛が抜け落ちる場合があるので、ぬいぐるみ専用のクリーナー等をお使い頂き、優しく拭き取ってあげてください。

＜箱がついてる作品について＞
・すべて手作業でカット、組み立てをしているため、既製品のパッケージと比べると頑丈でありません。優しく扱うようお願いいたします。

・ぬいぐるみを箱から取り出す際は、箱を優しく持ち、ぬいぐるみを潰しながら上にゆっくり引き上げてください。

＜返品・返金について＞
・到着後、使用途中で壊してしまった等の返品返金は承っておりません。ご了承ください。
・到着後、既に不備がある場合のみ、写真付きでお問い合わせください。ご対応させていただきます。

<Shipping Information>
- Each item is hand-packed, so it takes about 2-3 days to ship after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped at the beginning of the following week. Thank you for your understanding.
<About the Bear>
- Since each bear is handmade, there may be individual differences. They are not as durable as commercially produced stuffed animals, so please avoid applying strong force or pulling on them.
<Care Instructions>
- Do not wash in a washing machine, as the fur may come off. Please use a cleaner specifically for stuffed animals and gently wipe it clean.
<About the Box>
- The boxes are hand-cut and assembled, so they are not as sturdy as commercially manufactured packages. Please handle with care.
- When removing the bear from the box, gently hold the box and slowly lift the bear upward without crushing it.
<About the Drawstring Bag>
- Some products come with a drawstring bag, while others do not. Please check the product description.
- The color of the logo cannot be chosen. Please be aware of this.
<Returns and Refunds>
- We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are damaged after use. Thank you for your understanding.
- If there is any defect upon arrival, please contact us with a photo. We will address the issue accordingly.
